ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Implementasi Strategi Peningkatan Anggaran Belanja Di Bagian Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (Studi Kasus Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan)” tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Analisis Implementasi Strategi Peningkatan Anggaran Belanja Di Bagian Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (Studi Kasus Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan). Jenis penelitian di dalam skripsi ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Implementasi Strategi Menurut Wheelen dan Hunger (2003) yang terdiri empat dimensi yaitu program, anggaran, prosedur, pengelolaan sumber daya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi strategi peningkatan anggaran belanja di bagian ptsp pada dinas DPMPTSP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sendiri masi belum maksimal sepenuhnya dimana dapat kita lihat anggaran belanja di tahun 2020 menurun dibandingkan tahun 2019 ini dikarenakan tidak adanya dibuatkan beberapa prosedur serta metode khusus untuk meningkatkan anggaran belanja di bagian PTSP, sehingga terbilang belum maksimal untuk meningkatkan anggaran belanjanya. Kata Kunci : Implementasi Strategi, Peningkatan, Anggaran Belanja ABSTRACT This study entitled "Analysis of the Implementation of the Strategy to Increase Expenditure Budget in the One-Stop Integrated Services Department (Case Study in the Investment and One-Stop Services Department of South Sumatra Province)" the purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Implementation of the Strategy to Increase the Expenditure Budget in the One-Stop Services Department. Pintu (Case Study at the Investment and OneStop Service Office of South Sumatra Province). The type of research in this thesis is descriptive research using qualitative research methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques in this study were conducted through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of Strategy Implementation according to Wheelen and Hunger (2003) which consists of four dimensions, namely programs, budgets, procedures, resource management. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the budget increase strategy in the ptsp section of the South Sumatra Province DPMPTSP service itself is still not fully maximized where we can see that the spending budget in 2020 has decreased compared to 2019 due to the absence of several specific procedures and methods to increase the budget spending in the PTSP section, so that it is considered not optimal to increase the spending budget.
