INOVASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI ERA DISRUPSI (STUDI KASUS TENTANG APLIKASI SIDEMANG DI KOTA PALEMBANG)
This research is entitled “Publik Service Innovation in the Era of Disruption (Case Study of the SIDEMANG Application in Palembang City). This research is motivated by the existence of technological developments in the era of disruption which requires the government as a public service provider to be able to maximize services by making the best use of technological developments. One way is to create an innovation. In improving public services, the government created an innovative SIDEMANG application to provide convenience for making certificates. This study aims to find out how the implementation of public service innovation through the SIDEMANG application in Palembang City. The method used is qualitative. The teory used is the attribute theory of innovation from Rogers (2003) with 5 dimensions namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The results showed that the implementation of public service innovations through the SIDEMANG application still found several obstacles which became obstacles, including the lack of innovation dissemination due to lack of socialization, lack of publick awareness to understand innovation, and infrastructure which was considered to receive less support. Advice that can be given is to increase the spread of innovation through direct outreach or dissemination through various media, provide technical guidance to improve the quality of employees, and review the budget to meet adequate infrastructure.
