Delivering information using internet media requires a level of data security, so that data cannot be accessed by unauthorized people so that it’s confidentiality is maintained. There are several ways to maintain data security, one of which is the steganography technique. In steganopgrapy there are many methods, one of which is often used is the Least Significant Bit (LSB), but if only use LSB it will be easy to solve. Therefore, it is combined with the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method which functions to randomize the location during insertion, and this combined method is known as the Random LSB. This study uses the value of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) as benchmarks. The resulting value of the MSE is 0.5035936 and the PSNR is 51.110011 dB.
