The problems that exist in PT. Sumeks PalTV, where it is suspected that the decrease viewers on the PalTV website (paltv.co.id/online) was caused by the cessation of content operations on the site as well as a lack of human resources. To find out what the problem was, an interview was conducted with Mr. Rizal as the marketing department and Mr. Bastoni as the IT department at PalTV. The author also conducted a survey of 30 respondents, of which 7 of them were still dissatisfied with the PalTV website (paltv.co.id/online). The author uses the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method which to measure and determine user satisfaction on the PalTV website (paltv.co.id/online) with 5 variables including content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. The results of this research show a high category in public satisfaction in the content and accuracy variables, and are in the less category in the format, ease of use and timeliness variables for the Palembang people who access it. The Author also provide related recommendations from the results of the analysis carried out based on the answers from 220 respondents who were used through the distribution of google forms.
