The world of education nowadays is very different from the past. The level of difficulty faced by students increases every year, and the curriculum constantly changes to adapt to the current era. Digital technology is now being used in educational institutions as a means of teaching and learning. SMP Negeri 2 Belitang Madang Raya is one of the schools in OKU Timur district that has implemented several information technologies as supporting media for teaching and learning activities. One of them is previously used the e-report from the Ministry of Education and Culture, but due to several problems that occurred when using it. SMP N 2 Belitang Madang Raya returned to using an excel-based. However, in reality, this Excel-based report management still encounters issues such as the risk of data loss due to viruses or the disorganization of report documents. Therefore, a solution is needed to overcome these issues by designing a user experience solution for the e-rapor through a prototype specifically tailored to the users needs, using the design thinking methodology. The prototype was then tested using the system usability scale (SUS) and also the user experience questionnaire (UEQ) to find out whether the solution ideas provided through the design thinking approach could overcome the existing problems or not. The testing results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) show an average score of 86.4. Acceptability falls under the "acceptable" category, the grade scale is in the "B" category, and the adjective rating is categorized as "excellent". Meanwhile, using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yields scores above 0.8 for all categories, indicating positive evaluation results and an "Excellent" rating on the scale.
