Performance excellence in a faculty is measured by how much knowledge each student has. Knowledge sharing has an important role in maximizing individual performance in an organization or educational institution. Knowledge sharing is indeed important, but in another matter the problem is when students have engaged in knowledge sharing behavior, because this can cause obstacles to success in performance. The Faculty of Computer Science is one of the faculties of Sriwijaya University college that discusses a scientific field Therefore, to overcome existing problems, it is necessary to know what are the factors that influence both in terms of organization, individuals or technology. This study aims to identify whether there is an influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing behavior with Information Systems as moderation and to identify whether there is an influence of knowledge sharing behavior on performance excellence. In this study, 468 respondents were obtained based on stratified random sampling techniques. The processing in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling technique based on Partial Least Square(SmartPLS). The results of this study show that Knowledge Sharing Behavior has a significant effecton organizational performance. This study also obtained the fact that Information System variables have a significant direct effect on Knowledge Sharing Behavior. However, Information System variables cannot moderate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Knowledge Sharing Behavior
