This thesis is entitled "Implementation of Community-Based Tourism Development Programs in Pelang Kenidai Tourism Village, Pagar Alam City". The general objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of community-based tourism development programs in Pelang Kenidai Village, Pagar Alam City and the specific objective is to determine the implementation of community-based tourism development programs in Pelang Kenidai Village, Pagar Alam City. The method in this study uses qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on interviews and observations conducted in the field, the results of the research show that there have been developments in the implementation of the tourism development program in Pelang Kenidai Village. Currently, the implementers and village officials have started to focus on the program. Furthermore, in terms of strengthening village institutions, there has been an increase as evidenced by the creation of an organizational structure and the existence of a socialization program related to organizational understanding and tourism villages. Meanwhile, in terms of facilities and infrastructure, there have also been quite good improvements, including by increasing public infrastructure facilities, the existence of new tourism objects and easier accessibility, in line with that there have also been improvements in infrastructure related to improving the local community's economy through programs and tourist objects. located in Pelang Kenidai Village.
