In the learning process, knowledge creation occurs when an individual who acts as a recipient of knowledge can receive knowledge from other individuals so that it will create new knowledge in carrying out knowledge management. However, the process sometimes does not go well and does not fit the desired needs. Learning media in the form of information systems can support the smooth activities of educational institutions. In the process of developing a good information system, adjustments are needed between user requirements as recipients of knowledge which will then be implemented, so it is necessary to know the perspective of knowledge recipients in the learning process for knowledge creation. The theory underlying the construct of this research is the concept of knowledge creation of the SECI Model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization). This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 2,666 and the number of samples was 348 obtained using the Stratified Random Sampling method. In analyzing the data, this study used the Rasch Model technique and used Winstep software. The result obtained is the socialization process and the combination is a factor that can influence the perspective of students as recipients of knowledge in the learning process for knowledge creation, because it tends to be easier to do and widely approved to be applied.
