The knowledge possessed by employees of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Palembang data and information section has not been documented and managed properly. To prevent knowledge loss due to changes in organizational structure or certain programs, a knowledge management system is needed that can document and manage existing knowledge in the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Palembang data and information section. This research was conducted using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle method. By using this method, this research has produced a web-based knowledge management system that can be used to document and manage available knowledge. This knowledge management system can be developed further by adding more complete features that can help share knowledge.
