IMPLEMENTASI CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) PADA TOKO KULINER LEMAKRASO KOTA PALEMBANG BERBASIS WEBSITE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI UP-SELLING DAN CROSS-SELLING
Lemakraso Culinary Store is a frozen food-based culinary business operating in Palembang, South Sumatra. Currently, the store's marketing process is still manually conducted, resulting in suboptimal promotion results. There are also issues with manually summarizing transaction and customer data. Furthermore, there is no specific strategy implemented to increase sales revenue. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Lemakraso Culinary Store's information system can solve various existing problems. Up-selling and cross-selling strategies are also applied to the website-based information system to increase the store's sales revenue. The Waterfall method is used for system development. The implementation of CRM will facilitate the store in promoting products online and in real-time, integrate all data with the database, and enable customers to transact without having to physically visit the store.
