One of the implementations of E-Government is through a government-owned website or application. In its implementation, the government needs to conduct periodic evaluations in order to improve the quality of services provided to the community. However, Siti Fatimah Az Zahra Hospital South Sumatra Province, has never evaluated the service quality of the RSUD SITI FATIMAH SIM RS application service based on user perceptions. Thus, it is not known how the public evaluates the service and the quality of the application of the RSUD SITI FATIMAH SIM RS. The purpose of this research is to find out and provide recommendations to improve the quality of application services at the RSUD SITI FATIMAH SIM RS. The number of samples used in this study were 35 respondents who had used the RSUD SITI FATIMAH SIM RS application. Sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. The method used is Modified E-GovQual. The data analysis process was carried out using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. for the analysis of the outer and inner models with the PLS-SEM approach. The result of this study is that the variables Trust, Reliability, and Citizen Support have a significant effect on the variable User Satisfaction. As for the variables Ease of Use, Functionality of The Interaction Environment, and Content & Appearance of Information have no significant effect on the variable User Satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as needed by the relevant agencies and further research.
