The scoreboard is an information medium to display information such as in a badminton match. At present, there are indeed many digital scoreboards to display scores during matches, but not yet with automatic score sound output. Therefore this study designed sound output when changing scores using DFPlayer as an MP3 data file storage. This project uses the Arduino Uno and NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontrollers which communicate with each other serially to receive and manage data. For the control system for adding match scores in this study using web software that is already connected to a device. Voice data is sent from the web software to the ESP8266 using the internet network. The test results of the sound output system on the badminton scoreboard show that the system can work properly and can be used as it should.
