The purpose of this study is to determine the form of fostering street children carried out by the Social Service for order in Duren Sawit District and to determine the factors that influence the development of street children carried out by the Social Service for order in Duren Sawit District. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. Interviews were conducted with informants from the Head of the East Jakarta City Social Service, Sub- Division of Administration, Head of Rehabilitation and Social Empowerment, Head of the Sub-District Social Implementation Unit, Head of Panti Social Development for Children and Adolescents and Street Children fostered by Panti Sosial Bina Anak and Adolescents. The result of the research is the form of street children development carried out by the Social Service for Order in Duren Sawit District, namely physical coaching, where physical coaching includes running or morning exercise. Then the implementation of UN activities (lines) every Sunday. Mental psychology coaching, where this coaching includes mentoring activities for children who are not / are having problems. Moral guidance, where moral guidance includes lectures which are held every two weeks every Monday by providing religious materials such as reading recitation, ablution, praying, and reading the Koran. Social guidance, where social guidance includes game activities carried out to provide motivation both individually and in groups and watching movies with material on leadership, cooperation, help, confidence, and so on. Business or work skills, where these activities include agricultural and welding activities for boys, sewing and beautification activities for girls. Factors that affect the development of street children carried out by the East Jakarta Social Service, namely because the number of cases of street children in Duren Sawit District every year tends to increase in 2020, there are 6 cases of PMKS types of street children as many as 9 people who have increased in 2021 as many as 16 people . Then the street children are quite disturbing to the public that the existence of street children whose activities as buskers and beggars also results in the problem of criminal crimes such as pointing, snatching and pickpocketing. So that the East Jakarta City Social Service provides guidance for street children in Duren Sawit District. Keywords: Construction, Street Children.
