This research is entitled, "The practice of undercover prostitution at a massage parlor at Kolonel H. Burlian Street KM 7 Palembang", This research aims to determine the form of prostitution practice at a massage parlor at Kolonel H. Burlian Street KM 7 Palembang and find the background why female massage parlor employees should get customers. The benefit of this research is useful in the development of social science, especially in the study of social pathology. This research uses qualitative methods. The results of this study are knowing the form of prostitution practice can be seen from three aspects, first, the description of female massage parlor employees serving and getting customers by massaging with a good massage, willing anytime if the customer wants plus-plus services, taking care of themselves so that they last longer. young, and speak softly to attract customers. The second is the management of covert prostitution, seen from the manager welcoming the customer, namely the customer to the receptionist, the manager showing a photo of the employee, the customer choosing the employee and then negotiating between the customer and the employee to determine the service to be selected. Third, the customer's efforts to get plus-plus services have various strategies, namely, conducting talks regarding sexual activity, asking for massages on sensitive parts such as the buttocks, groin to vital organs, touching sensitive parts of employees, and asking for flirtatious behavior to seduce customers. The background of massage parlor employees is why they have to get customers because of difficult economic conditions, lack of need for affection from those closest to them, and hoping to be made a girlfriend or mistress. So this is a driving force for massage parlor employees to get customers. Keywords: massage parlors, covert prostitution, customers.
