Antigonon (Antigonon leptopus) or commonly known as the bridal tear plant. The A. leptopus plant is a refugia plant that has flowers all year round and is well planted in oil palm plantations. This study aims to determine the associated entomophageal arthropods on the Antigonon leptopus plant planted on oil palm land in the Sriwijaya University Oil Palm Research Plantation. This research took place from August to. November 2022. The method used in this research is the Scan Sampling method (direct observation). Direct observations were made by capturing and counting the number of species found in the antigonon plant. Arthropods were captured and identified by morphological characteristics with insect determination key. Identification was carried out using Google Lens, the Picture This application to find out the insects found. Observations were made once a week, which were repeated eight times. Document in the field if entomophage arthropods are found. The parameters observed in this study were the number of insect natural enemies at three times. Morning, afternoon and evening. Data obtained from the identification of species and the number of individual insect natural enemies to analyze the diversity of insect natural enemies. The diversity measure used is the Shannon diversity index (H), evenness index (F), dominance index (D). The conclusion obtained from this study was that at three times of observation, the highest number of arthropods was obtained in the morning for 8 weeks of observation. The most common arthropod species found is Componotus sp. and the least species is Creobroter gemmatus. The highest diversity index is at 07.00-08.00. The Dominance Index is highest at 11.00-12.00. The Evenness Index at all observation times was not significantly different.
