Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Palembang is one of the business units of Bank BTN in Palembang, operating in accordance with Islamic law and renowned for its offered Home Financing products. In the mortgage application process, there are manual stages known as OTS & LPA, which led to the creation of the Notebox OTS & LPA system. During the system's development, issues arose where staff members required to collect documentation results beforehand during surveys, predomi- nantly conducted outside the office, and input them one by one, resulting in ineffi- cient work processes. Additionally, certain tasks could be more effectively carried out using mobile devices while being away from the office. This research employs the Task Centered System Design (TCSD) methodology in the UI/UX design pro- cess, encompassing analysis, design, and evaluation, supported by performance measurement methods to assess effectiveness, achieving a 100% rating denoting a high level of effectiveness, and efficiency with a remarkably fast average task com- pletion time of 13.5 seconds. The think-aloud method was also utilized to evaluate the UI/UX design, resulting in four recommendations for improvement based on feedback and challenges encountered throughout the task execution.
