PENGEMBANGAN UI/UX DENGAN METODE DESIGN THINKING PADA APLIKASI TEMAN BUS BERBASIS IOS
Teman bus is a digital service for users of government public transportation, specifically buses. It was previously known by various names according to the areas it operated in, in the city of Palembang, formerly called Trans Musi. As the application has evolved, many negative comments have surfaced regarding its quality on iOS (App Store). These comments cite the poor appearance and functionality of the application. Therefore, an evaluation is necessary to enhance the user interface and user experience. The evaluation was conducted using the design thinking method, with a heuristic assessment questionnaire used as a tool to gauge user satisfaction. The research focuses on understanding the impact of design on user satisfaction and is qualitative in nature. The final test results were obtained through trials involving application improvements and questionnaire responses. The findings revealed that the average user satisfaction was 61.4% before the development was carried out. However, after the development, this percentage increased significantly to 91.1%. Hence, it was evident that user satisfaction improved after implementing the enhancements to the Teman bus application interface.
