APLIKASI TRICHODERMA SP. TERHADAP PENYAKIT LAYU FUSARIUM PADA TANAMAN TOMAT (SOLANUM LYCOPERSICUM)
In Indonesia, tomato plant is one of a few coveted plants because it includes one that has many health benefits. The tomato plant is also widely cultivated by farmers or the common people as an everyday food item. This tomato plant is a virulent fusarium caused by the fusarium oxysporum. Non-damaging replacement control is with the use of biological agents. The matter of this study is how the incubation period of the Trichoderma sp. in suppressing the development of the fusarium in the tomato plant is affected. The purpose of this study is to know the impact of the incubation period of the Trichoderma sp. in suppressing the development of the fusarium in the tomato plant. The hypothesis of this study is the suspected incubation period of the Trichoderma sp. which, for 15 days, can impede the development of the shriveless of the fusarium in the tomato plant. The benefits of this research are expected to be able to provide information to readers regarding the benefit of the Trichoderma sp. For control of shriveled fusarium in the tomato plant (solanum lycopersicum). This research was carried out at the research experimental field and the Phytopathology Laboratory, Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from July to October 2022. The method to be used in this study is the random group design method (RAK) of 5 deuteronomy experiments to make 35 units. The treatments tested were, P0: Control, P1: Incubation period of Trichoderma sp. 0 days after application (HSA), P2: Incubation period of Trichoderma sp. 5 days after application (HSA), P3: Incubation period of Trichoderma sp. 10 days after application (HSA), P4: Incubation period of Trichoderma sp. 15 days after application (HSA). The lowest disease severity in the treatment Incubation period of Trichoderma sp. 15 days (P4) while the highest was in the treatment. The incubation period for Trichoderma was 0 days (P1). In plant height, the best growth was found in the treatment. The incubation period of Trichoderma sp. 10 days (P3). The best number of leaves growth was in the Trichoderma incubation period of 10 days (P3). The conclusion of this study is that the best treatment is during the incubation period of Trichoderma sp. 10 days (P3) can inhibit the development of fusarium wilt and also increase the growth.
