PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) DALAM MEMBENTUK CITRA PERUSAHAAN (STUDI KASUS PT KELANTAN SAKTI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR)
This study aims to find out how the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in shaping the corporate image at PT Kelantan Sakti, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The concept used in this study is the process of forming a corporate image from Hawkins which consists of five stages, namely: Exposure, Attention, Comprehensive, Image, Behavior. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Validation using technique triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the existence of PT Kelantan Sakti in implementing CSR programs can benefit the community which is included in the ring 1 area of PT Kelantan Sakti and can form a good image for the company in implementing corporate social responsibility.
