This research is entitled "Public Service Innovation in the Main Idea Management System Acceleration Application (Aksis Takepo) at the DPRD Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to find out how to evaluate Public Service Innovation in the “Aksis Takepo” Application in the DPRD of South Sumatra Province and to find out the factors What Drives and Hinders Public Service Innovation in the “Aksis Takepo” Application at the DPRD Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses the Concept of Quality of Innovation in the theory of Measuring the quality of e-government from the user perspective. The results of this study found that the application of the “Aksis Takepo” has several evaluations, supporting factors & inhibiting factors in the implementation process. However, as a Public Service Innovation it can be said that it is quite satisfying for the community because it provides ease of access to use, useful features and a fast response in every report sent.
