PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERUMAHAN DAN KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN SUMATERA SELATAN
This research is entitled "The Influence of Organizational Cuiture and Work Discipline in the Context of Improving Employee Performance at Departement of Housing and Residental Areas of South Sumatra Province". This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline in order to improve employee performance at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of South Sumatra. This study used a quantitative method with inferential analysis techniques with data obtained through distributing questionnaires, documentation and observation. This study uses the theory according to Edison, et al. (2016). work, comply with other regulations for employee discipline. The results of the partial significance test (t test) show that: 1) organizational culture with ton 3,220> (te 1,984 and a significance value of 0.02 tutte 1,984 and a significance value of 0.02 Fle 3.13.
