This study aims to find out the occupational safety and health management carried out by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Agency using George R. Terry's theory, based on the theory used to see occupational safety and health management consisting of four dimensions, namely Planning ( Planning), Organizing (Organizing), Actuating (Implementation), Controlling (Supervision). This study used qualitative research methods. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, the occupational safety and health management carried out by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service on the dimensions of planning (planning), implementation (actuating), supervision (controlling) can be said to be good. While on the dimensions of organizing (organizing) can be said to have been good, although not optimal. The results of this study recommend that the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Office should form a team that is responsible for occupational safety and health so that it can maximize the organization of operational officers
