PENGARUH IKLIM KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP TINGKAT KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK KANTOR CABANG PALEMBANG SRIWIJAYA
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational communication climate and organizational culture variables on employee performance both partially and silmutaneously. This research uses explanative quantitative method with descrptive statistics analysis technique and inferential statistics analysis technique. The sample of this research consists of 78 respondents which all of them are the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Palembang Sriwijaya Branch Office. The result of the research partially shows that organizational communication climate has a significant effect on employee performance by 31% and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance by 35,7%. The result of the research simultaneously shows that the organizational communication climate and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance by 30,3%. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 14,326 + 0,208 X1 + 0,252 X2 means that each addition of one unit of organizational communication climate will increase the value of employee performance by 0,208 units and each addition of one unit of organizational culture will increase the value of employee performance by 0,252.
