Regional income from market levies (market levies) in South Bengkulu Regency, to be precise at Ampera Market, has decreased. This is due to unmanaged market conditions, stemming from a poor governance system. Based on this, the researcher wants to further analyze the management of the Ampera Market retribution in South Bengkulu Regency. This study aims to describe the market retribution at Ampera Market, South Bengkulu Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, primary data collected through interviews and observations, while secondary data was collected using library research techniques. The results showed that of the four aspects of management/management according to Terry and Syafie (2006:49), only the planning aspects were classified as good, the rest were still classified as poor, namely in the aspects of organizing, implementing, and supervising.
