KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN PASCA PEMEKARAN KECAMATAN ILIR TIMUR III KOTA PALEMBANG
The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the improvement of public services. Community satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers. This research aims to find out how the implementation of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and the quality of public services in the field of population administration after expansion in Ilir Timur III District of Palembang City.This research uses descriptive qualitative method.Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services in the field of post-expansion population administration in Ilir Timur III Subdistrict of Palembang City shows that service standards at the Ilir Timur III Subdistrict Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but there are still several SOP indicators that have not been implemented properly, due to factors from external and internal to the District office.
