This research is entitled "Street Vendors During the Covid-19 Pandemic at Ciung Market, Margasari Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency". The research problem taken in this study relates to street vendors carrying out their selling activities during the Covid-19 pandemic by following health and survival protocols to keep selling during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological strategy. Data collection was obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 main informants and 2 supporting informants. The results of this study indicate that street vendors carry out their selling activities with experience before the Covid-19 pandemic where the location and time of selling are done according to their wishes, but when the Covid-19 pandemic arrives, street vendors must adjust their selling activities to regulations and policies given by the government. This is seen from the location and time of sale must follow the rules given. Then there is the meaning of street vendors selling during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by complying and not adhering to the health protocol which is a fact of action in creating meaning and is formed through an awareness and action of the subject that is inseparable from other people which then creates traders who help each other names as a relationship between two or more people and the concept of action is defined as behavior that forms subjective meaning. This subjective meaning is an activity that is interpreted the same way and together with other individuals. Keywords: Experience, Street Vendors, Pandemic Covid-19
