ANALISIS PROGRAM PUBLIC RELATIONS "TOLVAGANZA" PT ABC DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH MEMBERSHIP TOLMAKASSAR.COM DI KOTA MAKASSAR
The study entitled "Analysis of PT ABC's Public Relations Program "TOLVAGANZA" in Increasing the Number of Membership tolmakassar.com in Makassar City" aims to analyze the Public Relations Program "TOLVAGANZA" run by PT ABC in increasing the Number of Memberships tolmakassar.com in City Macassar. By using the Public Relations Work Program from Anne Gregory (Gregory, 2020) and using a qualitative descriptive method, researchersfound that the "TOLVAGANZA" Public Relations program fulfilled 4 elements of Gregory's theory, namely Situation Analysis, Strategy, Implementation, and Evaluationand was able to achieve its goals from the company increases namely the Number of Membership tolmakassar.com. However, researchers on the other hand also found several shortcomings of the "TOLVAGANZA" Public Relations Program carried out by the company, starting from the planning process that was not yet complex, to a communication strategy that was still not proactive or reactive, especially on social media.
