The researchers' goal is to get an idea of how the Evaluation of Free School Program at State Elementary School 12 Lubai Lubai Ulu District of Muara Enim. Type a descriptive study using qualitative methods. Data used primary and secondary data types. The result is the implementation of free education in State Elementary School 12 Lubai Lubai Ulu subdistrict of Muara enim run private not run optimally, but there are still obstacles to the charges made by the school to students. Based on the analysis of researchers and the research results found that the number of workers (teachers) and the lack of honorary workers (teachers) with the status of civil servants (PNS). The results of the study recommend that the school in State Elementary School 12 Lubai Lubai Ulu subdistrict of Muara Enim necessary supervision of the Regional Office of Education Muara Enim aimed to monitor the charges made by the school.
