This study examines the "Self-Identity Representation of Young Female Smokers in Siring Agung Village, Lubuklinggau Selatan II District, Lubuklinggau City" The research problem examined in this study is the representation of the identity of adolescent female smokers. The representation of self-identity in this study examines the self-image described by young female smokers in society. in this study using descriptive qualitative research methods using a case study strategy as well as with data collection techniques in the form of interviews observation and documentation. The results of this study show that the representation of self-identity displayed by adolescent smokers starts from a close sense of togetherness among friends that looks contemporary to smoking being a cool thing for teenage girls.
