PERAN KLINIK LAYANAN KESEHATAN CUMA-CUMA PADA MASYARAKAT MISKIN KECAMATAN SEBERANG ULU 1 KOTA PALEMBANG
This research is entitled "The Role of Health Service Clinics Cuma-Cuma in the Dissemination of Health Values Among the Poor People in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province." The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Health Service Clinics Cuma-Cuma in providing socialization of health values as well as knowing the inhibiting factors in providing health services to the poor people in Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and the informants were determined purposively. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of Biddle and Thomas (in Sarwono 2015: 224) which consists of Expectation, Norm, Performance, Assessment and Sanctions. The results of the study revealed that the role of the Health Service Clinic Cuma-Cuma for the poor people was by holding health education, holding regular gymnastics every Tuesday, health service action (ALS), mass circumcisions, mass operations such as cleft lip and cataracts, and patient spiritual development. The factors that impede socialization and services include the lack of participation of the poor people in implementing health values and the lack of public interest in health outreach activities provided by the Health Service Clinic Cuma-Cuma.
