ANALISIS KINERJA ORGANISASI PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
Organizational performance is the level of the organization's ability to carry out its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the planning set to be able to meet the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization itself. This research is motivated by the existence of several performance indicators that have not yet reached the target in the established strategic plan. This research aims to determine how the condition of organizational performance at the Ogan Ilir Regency Human Resources Development and Staffing Agency. This research uses the theory put forward by Agus Dwiyanto with the dimensions of productivity, quality of services, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability to describe organizational performance. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and data collection is done through interviews and observations. The results obtained from this research are that the performance indicators according to Agus Dwiyanto are partly in the good category. The things that hinder the process of achieving the set targets include challenges to the provision of large staffing information, the lack of coordination between public service officers,and the implementation of public services that do not follow service standards.
