PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN BURNOUT SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Pada Pegawai Pemerintah Non Pegawai Negeri Disdukcapil Kota Palembang)
This study is entitled "The Effect of Workload on Turnover Intention with Burnout as an Intervening Variable (Study on Pegawai Pemerintah Non Pegawai Negeri DISDUKCAPIL Palembang City)". This research was motivated by the high workload that must be carried out by Pegawai Pemerintah Non Pegawai Negeri (PPNPN) DISDUKCAPIL Palembang City. The research method used is a quantitative research method with the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique. The population in this study is PPNPN DISDUKCAPIL Palembang City with a total sample of 76 people. Sample calculation is done by total sampling technique. The data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with Likert scale. The results of this study know if 1). There is no direct effect between workload and turnover intention. 2). There is a direct influence between workload and burnout. 3). There is a direct effect between burnout and turnover intention. 4). There is an indirect influence between workload and turnover intention through burnout.
