The problem in this research is how the role of Aliansi Masyarakat Adat Nusantara (AMAN) in the settlement of Adat Land Conflict Case Study Of Benakat Sub-district. Muara Enim Regency. The Researches looked at the mechanisms for resolving customary land condlict in Benakat Muara Enim sub-district by the indigenous People Alliance Of Nusantara (AMAN). As well as the constraints faced by the indigenous People Alliance of the archipelago (AMAN). The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The location of the research was conducted in Benakat sub-district, Muara Enim District, South Sumatera. The Research informant was chosen by takung 3 informants and key informant. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth inrterviews, and documentary.
