Inspectorate is an element of internal supervision of the administration of Regional Government and is led by an Inspector. As an agency that carries out internal government oversight, all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province are required to update their knowledge. One way for employees to update their knowledge is by sharing knowledge. Various Knowledge sharing is carried out by the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province, the main knowledge sharing that is carried out is Training and Independent Education and Training. With knowledge sharing, of course, it can increase knowledge for all employees because there are several standards that must be owned by employees at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province. This study aims to determine the sharing of knowledge in the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and also documentation. The theory used includes the theory of actors involved in sharing knowledge from Van Geenhuizen in (Indarti & Dyahjatmayanti, 2015), processes and constraints for sharing knowledge from Szulanski in (Indarti & Dyahjatmayanti, 2015), and facilities and tools for sharing knowledge from (Subagyo, 2007). The results of the study found that knowledge sharing at the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province through education and training and self-service training has been going well, but there are a number of things that must be maximized. Lack of knowledge and skills of employees in using existing technology and resources that still require increased knowledge and increased skills in delivering material can be an obstacle in the implementation of knowledge sharing. Suggestions given by the author Make training in terms of the use of technology for all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province, and Make public speaking training for all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of South Sumatra Province.
