This research aims to evaluate the environmental feasibility of the restoration management of Sekanak and Lambidaro Rivers conducted by the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Palembang City. The CIPP formative theory is used as the evaluation framework, while a qualitative method is employed to collect data through interviews and observations at the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Palembang City. The results of the research indicate that the river restoration management has adequately considered the environmental feasibility aspects. The evaluation of environmental feasibility involves assessing the environmental impacts resulting from the restoration activities, availability of required resources, and consistency with existing environmental regulations and policies. This study provides a significant contribution to enhancing the understanding of river restoration management and environmental feasibility evaluation in Palembang City. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of involving the community and relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process regarding river restoration, as well as the need to consider holistic environmental aspects in planning and implementing river restoration activities.
