Background: Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) or congestive heart fallure ia the Inability of the heart to meet the body's tisrue needs for oxygen and mutrients, causing impaired cardiac contractility, increased heart work and resistance to filling of the heart. Objectives: Describe the resuits of emergency nursing practice that focuses on nursing care for patients with congestive heart failure and is in accordance with evidence based learning studies. Methods: The method used is qualitative research with case study reports on patients with Congestive Heart Failure Results: This stuly shows that giving semi- Fowler's position changes to CHF patients can provide comfort so that the nursing problem of sleep disturbance due to chest pain and also shortness of breath can be resolved. Conclusion: The results of nursing care in the three patients with nursing problems of sleep pattern disturbances due to chest pain and also tightness and environmental conditions can be overcome by providing interventions to change the semi-Fowler's position.
