FAKTOR DETERMINAN PENOLAKAN BANTUAN PENANGANAN KEBAKARAN HUTAN DAN LAHAN DARI SINGAPURA DAN MALAYSIA OLEH INDONESIA
The issue of problems that occur in Indonesia related to forest fires is an event that causes smog that interferes with sight, breathing and looking for the environment. Forest fires occurred in Indonesia in 2015 and 2019 keeping Indonesia busy due to the bad state of the increasing haze. These forest fires have an impact not only on Indonesia but also Malaysia and Singapore. The two countries proposed assistance to Indonesia to extinguish forest and land fires. However, Indonesia is maintaining its dignity by not asking for help from other countries and considering various things that are needed. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through the concept of decision making theory put forward by Richard Snyder. In the concept of decision making theory or theory of decision making using 2 (two) dimensions consisting of internal factors and external factors that discuss the emergence of the problem of haze and the attitudes of policy-making actors.
