This study discusses the Claim Procedure for the Work Accident Insurance Program (JKK) at the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Manpower Muara Enim Branch in accordance with Government Regulation Number 44 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of the Work Accident Insurance and Death Security Program. In this Work Accident Insurance Program there are still many parties, especially BPJS participants who do not know the claim procedure so that this makes it difficult/harmful for them and allows fraud by irresponsible parties. This study aims to determine the claim procedure of the work accident insurance program. The theory used in this study is the theory of Service Bureaucratic Procedures according to Mahmudi, where there are five dimensions of service bureaucratic procedures, namely service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, service facilities & infrastructure and Service Provider Task Competence. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the claim procedure process in this work accident insurance program still has problems due to the authority of the holder of the claim data input password only on one staff, and there are still many pending claims from 2018 -2020 and on the dimensions of the service procedure Division of tasks and authority has been evenly distributed, staff or employees have played a role according to what was assigned to help participants submit claims, and there are still participants who have not registered themselves online so they cannot directly submit claims to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office because the required files are incomplete. This study suggests that the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Muara Enim Branch can provide additional authority on passwords to other employees so that they can help staff in the middle management of work accident insurance. Due to the work accident insurance claim procedure that involves three parties including the hospital, the company and BPJS Employment.
