ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN AKREDITASI LEMBAGA PELATIHAN KERJA DI KOTA PALEMBANG
This research is titled "Analysis of Accreditation implementation of Job Training Institute in The Palembang City." The background of the research is the lack of good coordination between the Agency of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Province with LPK (Job Training Institute) in monitoring the LPK and delaying of LPK in collecting the proposed accreditation file to the Agency of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Province. This research aims to find out how the accreditation of the Job Training Institute in Palembang City. This research uses the qualitative research method. This research uses George R. Terry's theory, measured in five dimensions: planning, ORGANIZING, ACTUATING, and CONTROLLING. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation, and dialysis using Atlas.ti software. The results and discussions of this research concluded that the implementation of accreditation of job training institute in the Palembang City on organizing dimension could have been exemplary. While in the dimension of planning, ACTUATING, AND CONTROLLING, it has been good, although not yet maximal. The results of this research recommended that the Accreditation Committee of Job Training Institute (KA-LPK) further enhanced the role and function as an extension of LA-LPK's hand in carrying out accreditation, in addition to the Agency of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Province enhanced coordination with the LPK (Job Training Institute), and also further enhanced the institutional capacity of accredited job training.
