ANALISIS KEDISIPLINAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT PEDAMARAN KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
Theprogress of government organizations will be difficult to achieve if there is no good work discipline, Discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals so that, it can be said that employee discipline affects the performance of the employee itself.. The discipline of employees in government agencies is regulated in Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline. The purpose of this study is to find out how well the discipline of employee work at the Ogan Komering Ilir District District Camat Office. This type of research is a derifrift research by using qualitative research methods. The types of data used in this study are secondary data and primary data, the data collection techniques used are, teknk documentation, interviews and observations. This study uses disciplinary variables according to soejono. The indicators used in this study are time sticking, using office equipment well, compliance, and high responsibility. This examination was carried out at the pedamaran camat office, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The results of this study show that the discipline of office employees is quite good, but there are still some violations of discipline in the form of violating the rules of good dress and there are still violations of the provisions of working hours.
