Why can't "Binomo" be described as a trading activity? Because there is no buying and selling activities on the above-mentioned platforms, there is nothing to earn, and nothing to keep. Binomo can be called binary options. Binary has two meanings, while options are options. Binary options can be interpreted as guessing two options, such as up or down, right or left, and even or odd. This study aims to find out how the framing carried out by Kompas.com in reporting the case of the Binomo application. This research uses Zhongdang Pan and Kosicki's framing analysis and uses qualitative descriptive methods with data sources in the form of 14 Binomo application case news. The results showed that Kompas.com tried to present information on the Binomo application based on facts and wanted to urge the public not to be easily tempted by advertisements on social media. Then the media Kompas.com have a tendency to report news to the aggrieved party. In addition, Kompas.com not only display information in one view, but also display other points of view in order to obtain information.
