The purposes of this research were 1) knowing the changes in social behavior of wetland farmers (knowledge, farming experience, and support for production activities) before and after the existence of agricultural technology in jagolano village, rantau panjang district, ogan ilir regency. 2) knowing changes in the economic behavior of wetland farmers (production costs and income) before and after the presence of agricultural technology in jagolano village, rantau panjang subdistrict, ogan ilir regency. 3) knowing farmers' perceptions of the presence of agricultural technology in swamp farmers in jagolano village, rantau panjang district. this research was conducted in jagolano village, rantau panjang district, ogan ilir regency. The location was determined purposively by considering that jagolano village is one of the villages that has been using agricultural technology since 2012. The implementation time of this research was conducted in january 2023. the research method used in this study was the survey method. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are 1) social changes that occurred in the indicators of education, social interaction, and production business support, 2) changes in the economic behavior of swamp farmers before and after the presence of agricultural technology occurred in production costs and total income, 3) the perception of swamp farmers towards the presence of agricultural technology is in the medium category with a score of 22,89.
