This research is entitled "Valuation of Mobile Samsat Innovation Policy in Paying Taxes at the Samsat Office UPTB PPD Banyuasin I Region". It is recorded that there are around 103 million vehicles in the SAMSAT Joint Office. However, only about 39 percent or 40 million vehicles have paid off the PKB, there are still many people who are in arrears or do not pay motor vehicle tax, namely 117,580,815 units of two-wheeled motorbikes. The type of research used is qualitative. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this research was conducted to find out how to evaluate the mobile Samsat policy and whether the Mobile Samsat policy can assist Indonesian people in paying taxes for privately owned two-wheeled motorized vehicles thereby reducing the amount of tax arrears on two-wheeled motorized vehicles in the form of motorbikes. This study uses the method proposed by William Dunn with six criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results of this study indicate that the mobile samsat policy at the UPTB Banyuasin I samsat office is implemented optimally
