The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on almost all sectors of human life, from the economic, educational, social, to psychological aspects. One of the most felt impacts is the decrease in the use of transportation modes due to government policies to limit the space for people to move which affects the level of happiness of users. The PSBB policy which narrows the space for people to move, especially on the use of the MRT requires a new life order. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the PSBB policy on the level of happiness of the Mass Rapid Transit users in South Jakarta City. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and purposive sampling techniques. The number of respondents in this study were 137 people who were obtained through an online questionnaire. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 24 through descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are negative impacts, namely reducing MRT operating hours and closing station operations, congestion on certain roads, increasing air pollution felt by the community, and closing manual ticket booths makes queues long on automatic machines and causes crowd.
