PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA COKAR GAME TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN SANTRI TENTANG FIBROADENOMA DI PONDOK PESANTREN AULIA CENDEKIA PALEMBANG
Breast tumor is currently one of the diseases with a high prevalence of incidence. Efforts to prevent fibroadenoma are by controlling modifiable risk factors and increasing early identification of the breast. One of the programs in controlling risk factors and early identification of parts of the breast can be done through health education, so the effort that can be done is to carry out health education through cokar games. The cokar game consists of two cards, namely question cards and answer cards and a mystery wall. The game is carried out by reading one of the question cards and pairing it with the answer card which is then aligned with the mystery wall to see if the card pair is correct. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education using cokar game media on students' knowledge about fibroadenoma. The design of this study was preexperimental with a one group pretest posttest design using an instrument in the form of a knowledge questionnaire about fibroadenoma. The population in this study were 40 respondents and the samples were taken using a total sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria. Univariate analysis was carried out to determine the knowledge of students before and after health education using cokar games, while bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to determine differences in students' knowledge before and after health education using cokar games. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test showed that there were differences in the knowledge of students before and after being given health education using cokar game media with a p value of 0.000
