This research focuses on discussing the process and direction of social mobility between generations of swallow nest cultivators in Kepayang Village, Bayung Lencir, Musi Banyuasin. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe social mobility between generations of swallow nest cultivators in Kepayang Village, Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency.
