Problem of this research was how the influence of budgeting performance based toward performance accountability of govermental institution in Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of budgeting performance based toward performance accountability of governmental institution in Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. The type of research was associative. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data were analyzed using double linear regression with SPSS version 24. The population in this study was all employes and 38 were selected as samples by using simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that the budgeting performance based not sifnificantly affected on performance accountability of govermental institution, age not sifnificantly affected on performance accountability of govermental institution, and level of education sifnificantly affected on performance accountability of govermental institution.
