STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PT. ASURANSI ASTRA BUANA DALAM MENSOSIALISASIKAN GARDA MEDIKA AKSES KEPADA RUMAH SAKIT REKANAN
The increasing number of insurance companies has caused each company to think about ways that the products offered can attract the attention of consumers, the one is through communication. Communication is a process in which an individual conveys stimuli in the form of verbal symbols to change the behavior of other individuals. This study aims to determine the communication strategy of PT. Asuransi Astra Buana in socializing Garda Medika Akses to partner hospitals. The data were obtained from the results of guided interviews, observations and documentation studies using qualitative research methods. This study uses the communication strategy theory of Wayne Pace, Brent D. Peterson and Dallas Burnett which has three dimensions is understanding the message, coaching the message and motivation to do something. The results of this study indicate that PT. Asuransi Astra Buana in socializing Garda Medika Akses is done directly and through certain communication media that can help partner hospitals understand the information conveyed. From this research, it is known that PT. Asuransi Astra Buana in obtaining feedback from partner hospitals through certain satisfaction forms or surveys needs to provide feedback access to partner hospitals as soon as possible to avoid delayed feedback from partner hospitals.
