SME (Small and Medium Sized) is a micro-economic sector that has direct contact with the economic practices of the community, especially people in the middle to lower economic scale. The use of the internet and technology is increasingly embedded in society, coupled with the recent Pandemic in 2020. The rapid development of technology is forcing various sectors in society to digitize, including MSME actors. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This study used interviews with 15 Pempek SME actors in Palembang and 1 employee of the Palembang City Cooperative and UKM Office. In this study it is known that the digitalization of MSMEs in Palembang City is quite good, but the impact has not been maximized.
