This research is entitled "Digital Literacy Level of Teenagers Tiktok Social Media Users in Palembang City". This study aims to find out how the digital literacy level of students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sriwijaya University, Palembang Campus as TikTok social media users. The theory used in this study is the theory of digital literacy by Hague & Payton (2010) which has 8 (eight) dimensions in it. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 175 respondents. The results show that the levels of competition in each dimension are different. In the Functional Skill & Beyond dimension, the only dimension that obtained a "Very High" level of competition with a percentage of 82.4%. In the dimension of Creativity, the proportion is 67.4%, the Collaboration dimension is 67.1%, the Effective Communication dimension is 68.8%, the Ability to Find and Select Information is to reach a proportion of 80.9%, the Critical Thinking and Evaluation dimension is 62,8. %, the dimension of Cultural and Social Understanding obtained a percentage of 74.8% and the E-Safety dimension obtained a percentage of 78.2%, the dimension of the competition organizer was "High".
